The Giants have agreed to a one-year deal with relief pitcher Sergio Romo. The deal is worth $1.575 million, according to Jon Heyman.
Romo finished the 2011 season with an ERA/FIP/xFIP line of 1.50/0.96/1.49 and a K/BB ratio of 14.00. If he can continue to put up numbers like that, then the deal is clearly worth it.
The only player left in the arbitration jungle is Tim Lincecum.
